Crown PRO Membership Requirements

1. Must be one of the following:

Makeup Artist • Aesthetician • Cosmetologist • Nail Technician • Model • Fashion Stylist/Costume Designer • Photographer • Hairstylist

2. Must provide a photo identification and (2) pieces of professional criteria.

Professional criteria include:

Composite Card • Editorial page with name credit • Union Card • Professional License • Diploma/Certificate • Publication Masterhead • Program/Press Materials w/ Name • Contract on Production Master Head • Program/Press Materials w/ Name • Contract on Production Letterhead • Professional Letter of Reference of Employment

* Required Identification must be current, indicate your name and specific profession. Crown PRO reserves the right to require additional professional documentation at any time.

All identification will be destroyed after processing and will not be returned to the applicant. Crown Industries, Inc. reserves the right to reject the application for any and no reason.
